I thought this too at first, but lighting doesn't change the colour of your shadow, it changes the colour of what it's lighting. It's definitely a photo with two light sources to give those shadows, but then the shadows are edited to be coloured

It's not chromatic aberration because...well that's not how it looks at all.

Not true, you can very easily create a photo shoot with different color shadows. You can use a variety of methods, even something as simple as a couple sheets of colored film to place adjacent to your source of light.
