>Most infuriating: Scrubby zoom is stuck on, even though I've unchecked it. Restarted PS, restarted the computer, restarted PS again
>Try googling for help
>Results are full of chucklefucks who want to turn scrubby zoom on or can't find the little fucking checkbox

Okay, since I don't have time to dredge through the internet. I come to you begging help: If scrubby zoom is stuck on, even though it is unchecked, is there a setting or preference somewhere that is causing this? I zoom in and out a lot and I'm at the verge of throwing the computer through my window.
