Photoshop is giving me grief. I just finished making a map for a game and went to save it as a JPG, but it wanted to save it with a shit ton of empty white space added all around. I've been googling solutions for the past hour and a half with nothing but wasted time to show for it.

Pictured is the "layer edge" for the art board. None of the layers in the art board go out that far to the left or top.

That CC? Don't use Export, use Export (legacy)
>>
just adjust the canvas size

Save as PNG.
JPEG don't save no transperency, son.

>just adjust the canvas size

If this doesn't work, add a rectangular shape around the elements in the image, no fill, no color, see if that doesn't do what you want.
>>
God damn you're retarded, but everyone that uses PS is, so I don't blame you. Ctrl+Shift+E to flatten the image, Ctrl+x, make a new document, save as jpg

This. Use png, got dat transparency. Jpg is literally the shittiest file type.
>>
>>259950
which version of photoshop you have ?
>>
Crop tool the canvas area u want or select all the usable layers DUP merge select that merged layer export as PNG or tiff and import into a new project with the size u wanted
>>
OP here. sorry for not replying. shit came up have been offline for a bit.
exporting as png seems to work. Adjusting the canvas size never worked, for some reason it wouldn't stay what i set it ass.

creative clouse is the version

>>
