I made some countries transparent in Photoshop then in after effects I placed the video behind the picture - this is retarded level editing but I seriously want to learn how could I possibly put a different video for each layer.

Step 1: cut the countries to different layers and once you've done that, save as a PSD.

The quick command I'm using is Cmd-X + Shift-Cmd-V

Step 2: make an After Effects document and import the PSD as Composition - Retain Layer Sizes (Editable Layer Styles)
A composition will be made. Go inside it and drag your shit below the respective layers (I didn't have any footage so I just used Placeholders)
Then drag your footage under the layers and select "Alpha Matte" from the Trkmat menu.
