I'm OP, not the fry cook guy :) I've been a freelance graphic designer/illustrator/animator for the past 3 years and before that I've worked at a studio as an animator

apart from that, we're gna need more details about the agency: employees under you, kind of work they do, etc etc
apart from that the universal tip is probably to keep looking for ways to bill clients more (while obviously adding some value)
