Just mess around with blending modes and filters in Photoshop till you find a process that works for you.

just create a solid white layer, set the blending mode to multiply and add noise.

thanks, It will be my first time with photoshop... what about a fog?
I'm trying to change first one to second because of the resolution, it will be printed on sweatshirt.

it's impossible to squeeze anything with this shitty res from tumblr, so i'm trying this way. maybe you have better idea?
