I just ran your pic through vector magic, easiest software ever.

that pdf is vectorized so you can blow it to any resolution, just open it in Illustrator or whatever and export it in whatever size you want.

Just look up tutorials on Illustrator, it's really easy if you know Photoshop. Practice using the pen tool to create, it's the only tool that really matters when making shapes.
