imo the neck should be taller and the chocolate should be a a less aggressive angle, like 20-30 degrees.
also it should look like a cleaner trickle coming from the corner of the bar, as if it were a hollow box the chocolate was pouting from.

Thicken the outline of the glass and remove the line for the 'top' of it so the chocolate isn't pouring 'through' a line, just straight into the glass.

Smoother, thicker and straighter dripping. Like oil, not like loose shit piling up.

The whole thing with the chocolate melting and flowing into the glass of wine is just too much to ever qualify as a logo. As an illustration this would be fine. I like >>243371

Also I dont like the representation of chocolate as a chocolate bar since its also very reminiscent of Lego bricks and window frames, but admittedly there isnt much different ways to symbolize chocolate.

I would just scrap the whole thing and go with a more typographical solution.

A little color will go a long way, make the chocolate brown, and if the liquid needs to be black make a gradient.

Nice, I'd ease the transition for the melted red stroke going into the glass though. It goes away a little to quickly. Stretch it out a little more and slow down with slimming it.
