Can someone remove the temperature from this picture?
I started working on a banner that I have to set out to print in a couple hours. The files were all in CMYK from a start (photos, .ai file, everything)
Now that I'm exporting it, my piece of crap illustrator generates two vertical pixel-thin blank lines when exporting to .jpg (what the print shop prefers due to file weight) and whenever I export to .tiff, the colors fade. (which does not happen in .jpg)
Okay, I solved it. Through some stupid method of exporting as .pdf, opening it in photoshop and saving it as .tiff in photoshop, the colors didn't fade.
First, Adapt materiel design for 4chan
each thread needs at least 2500px wide (muh hi-dpi) header image with parallax effect
posted on /wsr/. I was wondering how i can make distortions and glitches as such in the gif attached. I'm using premiere after effect and photoshop.
Look up "data moshing." It's when you take the pixel data of one video and apply it to the movement data of another so you get trippy shit like that.
Looks like they used datamoshing techniques then used After Effects or similar to make the VHS/zoom effect at the end.
not exactly the same but might do the trick and it's really easy to apply, there are at least 2 pixel sorting plugins for AE.
AePixelSorter can be found on cgpeers
There's also one created by an anon which I haven't tried
This has probably been asked before, but how should I get Photoshop to handle transparent GIF's? At the very least, is there a name for this so I can look it up elsewhere?
Criticism on some on my work
I don't really like that when you zoom in, the rusty effect is applied on the strokes but not the fill. Also, the effect itself looks funny as hell, like something done with MS Paint's spray tool. You should learn how to apply proper vintage effects. Otherwise, the drawing in itself looks fine.
I would put "PURE" on top of "WILDERNESS" to condense the space, streamline a bit and push it into square-shape instead of oblong'ish, but if the client is some small business that has less than 7-9 people, then it looks comfy as it is.
so this guys http://apdzn.ca/ are passing other people's designs as their own, check em
looks like they deleted the post... fraudulent designers... fuckem
How shitty is this?
I'm new to making gifs, I prefer to use OC. This is one I threw together today with Photoshop.
OC meme, enjoy
Quick question, quick answer
What's the name of that style of font ?
requesting some nice pictures for chancoin

It is a form of pointalism, but what is its specific name? I would like to find a way to do this in Photoshop, but I"m not even sure what to search for. Thanks!
Hello /gd/, I am making a card game and this is my design for it. Got any ideas how to make it more futuristic looking? It is set in Mars, wonder how I can get people to go "Yeah this feels like Mars".
try to gather inspiration from pinterest search for card design, ui design, ux, hud, sci fi, photoshop styles, icon design, etc. after that try to copy or emulate effects or parts of the designs you liked.
Maybe ask yourself what makes you go "Yeah this feels like Mars"
The design is kinda sloppy and amateur looking
The colors don't work great together
The minimalistic design is not well done, it lacks good harmonisation
Overall it looks too blank and it doesn't convey anything to me.
You need to work on the semantics, try to understand what image comes to mind when thinking about Mars
I see space, dust, rocks, warm colors, emptiness, etc..
I want to make cartoon-y designs using lots of color. Any tips or tutorials on this style of illustration? Pic related
