Yes it is fully portable, just need to mount it somehow. Power over usb and using express card slot.

x220 is smaller, its more of joke but it will be funny to have a gpu mounted on back. i can use anu gpu but power gets to be issue. Also will have to deal with 8 pin power if i use non fanless

GTX 950s don't use external power and you can mod one to be passively cooled if you have a large enough heatsink laying around.
