I'm temping as a computer technician in a high school. None of the kids use shift to capitalize letters, they all just toggle caps lock.
Am I old? Do they fucking teach this?
>>62435964
they're probably just normie idiots
I'm mid twenties and it seems pretty common in my age group too.
>>62435999
But I'm mid twenties too. I've literally never seen it before.
>>62435964
No, just normie keyboardlets.
>>62435964
my keyboard doesn't even have caps lock also talking in caps will get your comment removed
>>62436303
woah buddy we got a website moderator over here
>>62435964
Why are you letting developmentally disabled children use computers?
>>62435964
Is this a habit from phoneposting or something?
I've literally never seen anyone do this. Wtf? Unless they're typing in only capital letters, then sure, but just for one letter?
>>62435964
My gf does it and its for some reason the most spasticated thing people do
>>62436303
I would rather have all caps than no caps at all.
>>62436969
wut?
that key is fucking useless and the only moment its required is just have you have to FUCKING TELL SOMEONE TO SHUT UP(typed by pressing shift)
I bind Ctrl to caps lock for emacs, since that's where the Ctrl key was originally placed, anyways
I've never seen anyone do this. Sounds ridiculous.

>I'm temping as a computer technician in a high school
Think I saw a doujin with this title once.
>>62436965
people are too lazy to hold shift
I work with a few 20-somthings the do this shit. Otherwise fairly intelligent guys but fuck, they hit Caps Lock, hit the key, hit Caps Lock again and the the rest of the sentence / word. I don't type properly by any means but fuck if that doesn't just annoy the shit out of me. One is from Arkansas and one is from Iowa. Most of the rest of my team is east or west coast. Some middle country faggotry?
