Find a new company and apply to work as a technician. Apply your skills and assume bigger responsibilities for the same pay. Add that experience to your resume after two years of being treated like your working long hours of important contributions don't matter. Take the bullshit and take on all the shit you can handle. Keywords, THE SHIT YOU CAN HANDLE.
Get involved and exceed expectations. Proper communication is the most important part of being employed. Copy the right people on emails, and don't be late. Listen actively when there is a meeting, don't enter a meeting without a pad of paper and a pen.
Let me say that again, don't enter a meeting without a pad of paper and a pen. That's an expectation. Exceed it.
