When searching for anything on google I was noticing it wasn't clicking on anything, but if I went to say CNN.com it would detect and click on ads in the background. I'll just wait a week or so until they release my ip

The entire point of adnauseum was to 'obfuscate' your personal data. It's failing to do so.
Now all adnaseum is doing is literally clicking on ads for you. Ads that have already targeted your unique profile.
