I enabled ASUS 5G OC Profile and have had an XMP profile loaded. I have tons of airflow and water cooled CPU with 4 of the fans in my case being magnetic levitation. Is there anything to worry about? Is 5G safe or should I manually set it to something like 4.5? Or leave Turbo Boost on and set the speed to stock?
Note: Loading the 5G OC changes clears the XMP part.
Should I be concerned about the current 1.4

I have a good idea about what not to do, but the BIOS has a learning curve to it.

Safe temperature means all is OK, right? Anybody have an idea why VMX is always disabled? I enabled it for the longest time, but reverted to defaulted before tweaking because I forgot what was actually changed and was keeping note of what is changed with profiles.
This PC is used for gaming and not running VMs anymore so the average load will be one major thing and that's it.
