Decided to boot up my win install to rice my BIOS screen. I'm running Win10 LTSB on an X220 here.
I was reading the readme on the BIOS utility and it seems to be for a UEFI BIOS whereas mine is running a legacy BIOS.

Anyone know where/how I can update/acquire the legacy one? I'm still looking around but I haven't found it yet.

If this is the same fix as I'm thinking of, theres a caveat to this. It'll mean that you can't do the usual middle mouse + clit to scroll. Hi tpg, today I really felt this ThinkPad autistic for the first time.
In the uni library I spotted the only ThinkPad in the hall. It had a 7 row keyboard and really looked like a tablet with 4:3 Res, not sure tho. Couldn't spot the model tho but I guess it was pre xx00t. I passed by it 2 times trying to spot the model name but I didn't stare at it (didn't really want to look like a thief).

Esc is large, too, which is optimal for the same reasons as the delete key due to close proximity to other keys, while your pic has it sitting separate.
