how do i extract apk files from android phone?
you know how you can download apk files from sites like https://www.apkmirror.com/
im kind of paronid about this kind of thing and on my blackberry passport in order to run android apps i need to sideload apks. I dont want to download some sketchy apps through sites like https://www.apkmirror.com/. I have an old android phone with all the apps i want to transfer. how do i extract the apps from my old android phone into apk files so i can install to my blackberry passport. My passport is rooted as well

root the android phone then install ES file explorer. All downloaded apk files are in /data/app.

Try Yalp store, it downloads apk files straight from the google Play store and without the Google botnet.
For apps not on Play, just get a file manager with root privileges and copy the apk files in /system/app or /data/app.

Yalp store. your Bank's app should be in the play store. However I fear that it might require google services for SafetyNet.

Sketchy? Yalp store is open source (on Fdroid) and gets it's apks straight from the Google Play Store. I always used it and never had any issues.
