Java and Dynamic programming are your best bets if you want to do software dev.

well the thing is I have a bachelor's in computer engineering, but the large majority of that whole course was more like software engineering. I don't really mind it, just haven't had as much embedded stuff and digital system as I would've liked.
Will probably avoid it and take something easier and focus on my thesis instead
