Is it worth it? I have 0 experience with tablets and mobile gaming.

I want to be able to play something like Delver with reasonable perfomance, and emulate some GBA games.

For your price point, there really isn't anything better if you don't care about root. If you get a cheap Chinese tablet, you're going to hate the plastic screens, shit batteries and poor software.
