Move on the part of your house where you can get most speed. Or if you have another device that has wifi, extend it.
I also use my neighbor's WiFi, and doesn't work when I'm on the farther part of the house.
I didn't want to get my own internet since I just want to browse internet at 1/0.3Mb while the actual speed of their internet is like 10Mb because third world.
