They do exactly as they're advertised. Like the previous dude said, it's a little awkward having the lightning termination stick out.

I 100% switched over to bluetooth headphones.

It's a dac/amp so the quality is important.
Op I suggest getting getting a chord mojo or ifi dsd black instead of the shitty apple one they sound much better, have more features, and can drive almost every headphone.
