I've never been a fan of ultrawide monitors, but If I were to change my setup, it'd probably be something like this.

As far as my own setup, I'd give myself a 9/10, simply because of how much my setup lines up with what I wanted. I'm sort of at a point where I won't need to upgrade anything for a long time, and that's pretty satisfying.

I've had an almost completely silent "battle" station for years. Tucking your PC away isn't necessary, nor is water cooling. It's much easier with SSDs as well. You need a PC case with a door on the front and sound dampening foam. Lian Li used to sell mid-tower ATX cases with these features, not sure if they still do. Bigger fans are quieter. 2nd or 3rd gen releases of graphics cards are quieter than flagship models. HDDs should not be in your PC case anymore, they should be tucked away in your NAS in the basement.

Well your VPN overhead and whatever traffic is on your local network is going to compete for a lot of that bandwidth. My Japanese VPN link is on a dedicated router that maxes out at 100mbps, but this way I offload the VPN overhead to another physical device and just have a separate LAN and ethernet card for my Japanese network. I'd like more bandwidth than 100mbps, and got an overpowered Pfsense router that can handle sustained 500mbps rates, but VPN setup in pfsense has proven rather painful. I'm sure i'll get it figured out by 2020:)

The keyboard is the blackwidow ultimate 2013, back when razer still used Cherry Mx switches. Dunno what I'll switch to when it finally does kick the bucket.
