Have you tried gmtp? It's kinda shit, but it gets the job done.
The comfiest way to transfer files from your phone to your PC is setting up a (password-protected) samba share with write access on your PC, and then copying the files from your phone to your PC or from your PC to your phone over wi-fi using your phone's file manager btw.
