Ok. I am doing this.

I installed Notepad++

How the fuck do i ACTUALLY learn how to program?
what are some books, websites ,lectures anything to make me retain and actually build upon

i plan to learn html javascript python and so on and so forth.

Please if anyone that is self taught or otherwise decent at programming please teach me what resources to look at

But in all seriousness, start with a learning language like Turing or Python.
Do not go at it directly with shit like C# and Javascript or C++.
Pick something easy, understand how programs work, how they are arranged and built up from the start, and THEN you should go an learn an actual useful language.

Once you master a language like Turing, go on to Python, then Java, then C++.
