Is there even a reason to use another browser, besides being edgy or a unique snowflake?

Can't disable webrtc, not as private as other browsers (will collect data about you and sell to advertisers), not as customizable as other browsers. Chrome might look better in benchmarks but in real world usage performance is negligible.

>being edgy or a unique snowflake
This is pretty much the only reason one wouldn't use it.

Not really. I sometimes pretend to like firefox for troll reasons.

MUH PRIVACY. Do you have something to hide? Otherwise this should not be an issue.
>>62374877
stale meme

Do you have a reason to willingly take Google's dick in your ass? Why should I let Google have my info for no reason at all, especially when viable alternatives exist? You're either an ignorant retard, or a shill. Back to >>>/v/

I rather use a fast and secure browser than the Firefox placebo. It's not like any other site or even your ISP data mines your shit. Oh wait a second..
>>62374877
Yes because I actually handle sensitive data at work unlike your worthless existence.
>>62374972
Funny, firefox is just as fast for me while also having more options and not selling my data. I also use a vpn so my ISP cant see shit but my vpn address.

Fuck you

Into the trash it goes.

Is your tin foil hat too tight?

Yes, datamining is very secure. Chrome is literally malware disguised as a browser.
>Firefox placebo
Not a placebo. Firefox lets you disable many insecure elements that Chrome/Chromium has hardcoded in. It's also largely transparent about telemetry and privacy, as opposed to Google which doesn't even let you opt out, rather by using it you agree to opt in to data tracking. Firefox is far more customizable in that regard as far as the advanced user is concerned. Of course the average ignorant consumer doesn't care, but then their opinion isn't relevant.
>It's not like any other site
Block tracking domains and scrips using something like uMatrix.
>ISP
Yes, and this means I should also let Google have direct access to my web traffic? Very compelling logic

i don't know if this is a shitpost or the shill is fucking stupid
