Anybody knows solid USB recovery tool? I have tried testdisk already but it doesn't work. If anybody knows what could solve this I would be very grateful.

the filesystem is FUBAR, you likely aren't recovering anything other than the odd file
get a new stick and restore from backups

GParted has some rudimentary recovery tools, it was enough to help me several times when the file system wasn't fucked too badly. If it's ntfs then chkdsk sometimes helps with non critically damaged tables.
If neither work then better start looking for professional shit or dump entire stick onto your hdd and have fun slicing files out.
any gnu tools?
