Not sure but I remember the FreeBSD people did something but abandoned it short thereafter.
If you're a lucky guy that can disable the nvidia GPU at BIOS level then you should be golden using the Intel with any BSD.
On my laptop, where I can't completely disable the dGPU I'm finding myself comfortable with Linux still, but on servers and network equipment I run BSD only

Supposedly my laptop (older dell latitude) has a CPU with intel graphics, but it's "disabled" according to vague mailing list posts. I've never had to use Optimus, and I don't have a bios option to enable the intel graphics
