So im trying to update the BIOS on my computer from 2013, I googled my motherboard model number but its showing 3 separate motherboards with different BIOS and i have no idea what to do send help

Open the case and look for the model number on the motherboard, the revision number will be written on it. Also there's no reason to update your BIOS if you don't need it. Also
