Anyone tried one of these?

>99 USD
>1.2GHz 64-Bit Quad-Core ARM Cortex A53
>2 GB LPDDR3 RAM Memory
>16 GB eMMC 5.0 (upgradable up to 64GB)
>11.6" or 14" TN LCD (1366 x 768)
The 11.6" is only $89 and 768p TN is actually tolerable at that size. The 14" is irrelevant.
Even for $89 that's overpriced, it will be laggy as fuck on basic web browsing unless your useragent lists itself as a mobile device. No sane person would put them through torture using this, just buy an old core2duo laptop for that price.

How does this work, you stick it in a ram slot in my laptop and then what?

>internet is unusable on 1.2GHz quadcore CPU
>2GB RAM isn't enough for my electron-powered text editor
t-thanks /wdg/
my sister has a similar one called macbook air
okay but what about this

Is that CPU really that bad? I have a netbook with Intel Atom N270 (1.6 GHz) and it's still okay. This Pinebook is current year hardware so it shouldn't be that bad.
>Mali-400 MP2
From 20011/12, no thanks fampai

Get a thinkpad
Does it respect my freedom? Is it FSF certified?
>chiclet

>Not having GAYMUR(c) MechanicaL switches on a $90 barebones laptop
Dont see the problem here.
>>62308874
It's botnet certified and cucked by blobs
>>62308481
To be fair it's not a normal 1.2ghz CPU. Being an A53 CPU it's like using a quad core Pentium 3 800mhz. Shit sucks balls, that kind of SoC is in $50 smartphones.
>>62308657
It's slower than that Atom.
>>62308414
It has PC stick specs. That's why it's so cheap. It's a PC stick in a plastic laptop case.
Made in China

Allwinner CPU so no

The sell raspberry pi-like arm boards. this is one of those with a laptop around it.
>>62308639
but how does it work
>>62310919
How about you just read what's on the page? You plug it into a custom motherboard.
>>62311359
>not plugging it into ram slots to expand and superchargeā¢ your cores
>>62311359
It says the reason it's ddr3l form factor is to give extra power to a notebook. I'm just wondering if I could add it to my 8GB single-channel ThinkPad to boot into a 10GB RAM quad-core system when necessary.
having used a pi3 for desktop i would say this is a useless product unless you are extremely poor and have to charge of solar panels or such.

Give her the D.
>>62308414
Is it fanless?
>>62312399

>>62308414
wish I could get one desu
it's black person tier
