For me it's elementaryOS. The comfiest out-of-box distro.

Don't listen to the haters, eOS is really clean out of the box. The only thing that comes close is mint, but I'm not a fan of cinnamon

I honestly think the bottom panel is pretty ugly. Yeah, I know "but you can customize it" or whatever, but I've never seen the same visual appeal with elementary that others have. Deepin and Solus both do what elementary is going for a lot better from a visual perspective.
