Though as an A10-5750M laptop with 72 Whr battery owner I kinda disagree about battery life. I was able to get 3-4 hours web browsing and playing video. That was all from a 35Whr housefire.

It will probably get refreshed with Ryzen Mobile later, what would be the point of introducing AMD line now, otherwise (unless Lenovo is totally dumb or very dickish).

The chip's package isn't the same so it will mean a new motherboard but the chassis will likely be the same otherwise. personally I don'T mind Excavator that much, would e nice if these ended up in cheap refurbs shops later (that's probably way too many years in the future tho).
