What's a good Raspi alternative with good USB and Ethernet thoroughput?

I plan on using it for a NAS, Nextcloud, torrenting and mail server.

I'm using an 2nd gen EEE PC right now, but I want to push the power consumption even lower.
>>
Also, the EEE only has 100Mbit ethernet.

If gigabit ethernet is a requirement (I assume you intend to saturate it) then no tiny ARM thingy is going to satisfy you. You're gonna have to either live with the low performance of RPis and the like, or live with the higher power consumption of a proper PC.

>no tiny ARM thingy is going to satisfy you
I just plan on saturating reading files from USB on an HDD. Card computers are more than enough for that, but the Raspi only has 100Mbps Ethernet and it's shared with the USB bus. Throughput is horrible. I know there are alternatives.
>>
>>62297282
Even if the ethernet port wasn't sharing the USB bus, the bus is still 2.0. The most you'd get from the hard drive is 20MB/s. 100 megabit ethernet can only move about 10MB/s no matter what bus its on, anyway.
>>
>>62297324
That's why I want 1Gbit alternatives. At least I'll be able to get 20MB/s

>>62297130
What's that? A Gigabit expansion card? How much?

It's just for multimedia streaming and backups. USB is more than enough.
>>
usb 3 has more bandwidth that eth 1g, so you can use a dongle like my self

I'm getting pretty good performance from EspressoBin.

Have a look at the Intel UP boards.

Whoops. That was UDP. UDP throughput is very bad for some reason, probably due to packet loss.
