Why is this a reason for AHD to exist? The encoders aren't the tracker. All the encoders upload their encodes to trackers that people actually use, like PTP and HDB.

Good encodes, friendly community and easy to access. It's not like people get instant access to cabal.

I do agree that their movie selection is slim(under 1/10 what PTP has) and for TV it's useless. It still holds a special place in my heart because I started with AHD and got invited to PTP/BTN/HDB from there.

It was a pretty decent step up from public trackers. Much more reliable access to good encodes thanks to internal groups and people who actually download and seed something other than yify.
