My favorites are:
-freedom downtime (2001)
-triumph of the nerds (1996)
-BBS: the documentary (2005)
-code rush(2000)
-Startupdotcom(2001)
-Aardvark'd: 12 Weeks with Geeks(2005)
-In the Realm of the Hackers (2003)
This one is a pretty badly acted tv bio film. but boy does it make me laugh.
-Steve Jobs: The Lost Interview (this one is pretty boring. But Steve Jobs awkwardly sneezes directly into his hand at one point.)

I fucking love Bill Gates qoute about the portrayal of Steve Ballmer
>"Steve's depiction was absolutely not true. I have never seen Steve act like that and I can't believe that they would portray him in that light"

Then we must assume Gates liked the way he, himself, was portrayed.
