I want to use only FOSS apps and planning to ditch official Twitter app in favour of Twidere. What's your experience with it?
I like Twidere, no stupid notifications about stupid things.

It's fine

It's quite good, very customizeable.
One problem I have with it though is that sometimes it doesn't release its wakelocks for way too long.
I have it check for updates every hour, yet in that handful of wakeups each day it manages to eat several hours of wakelock time.
It's better if I only ask it to update Mastodon accounts and not Twitter ones (for whatever reason), but still it's being awake for way too long for what it does.
So keep this in mind if you're battery-conscious.

OP here, just installed Twidere and it's work fine but I can't find the option to see likes on my tweets from other people.
>>62250613
I think there is no option for that.
>>62250613
That's probably because of API limitations.

Can't see the likes, lol. Stop using that garbage and install install Flamingo.
I like it, heaps better than the official app.
use rainbowstream and termux

Tweeting is like "t content"
Retweeting is "rt [id#]"
