I've revised my code to work across YouTube. Include jQuery and //@run-at document-start.
I've set this up for my personal taste, but you can replace the instance of "/embed/" with "/watch?v=". I just prefer to have YouTube links sent by friends to open open in the embed so it's faster to watch it. If you browse YouTube normally, it will load up the hooktube page.
If there are any glaring flaws, let me know.
