My router that was given to me by my ISP does not have an option for port forwarding.
Can I solve this by disabling my router's firewall completely at the times I need?

what stops you from using your own router?
Sure completely disable your firewall... What your IP BTW?

What shitty ISP do you have?

It's not going to be turned off all the time.
Besides I'll be running Kali inside a virtual machine forcing all traffic through Tor with another virtual machine that runs as a gateway (Whonix).
The virtual machines will be hosted in a secure OS environment.

They probably flashed their own OEM firmware on my router because it normally DOES support port forwarding, I can't find it in my settings though.
Also my IP is dynamic.

Having no firewall in front of Windows machines is how the NHS got WannaCry'd.
Buy a real router, put your shitty ISP thing in bridge mode (which makes it act as a dumb modem that does no NAT or routing)

Mine was given to me and they didn't tell me what the password for the control panel is, and it's not any of the usual ones either.

I can't reset or change my router because they didn't give me a username or password.
Some guy came over to our house and messed with the router settings and that's it. (He might have flashed the firmware too)
