Yes, many uploads are from WCD/RED. No tracker exists in a bubble and APL has always had a negative impact on RED's economy because they had many ex-WCD users upload their collections then activated a never-ending freeleech, allowing users to create huge buffers. Users on both will continue to download from APL where buffer is worthless, making RED harder than it would be had APL not irresponsibly bribed users into staying by giving them lots of buffer.
