Well it's just Ubuntu with styling. I don't think it's actually a distro but a guide to ricing. Wow... thought this was a joke but it's real. And even more surprising is that there are people who are going to do this to their OS.

Serious answser : Debian because you can install litterally everything and the community love anime.
If you are experimented you can install Arch (many virgin neckbeard loli fans use this distro).
If you are a total faggot you can install Gentoo/CloverOS.
