No, THIS is your problem.
They're not bad machines inherently, but the 2011 models are notorious for their graphics issues as they age
>battery timer
you must be too retarded to know how to turn that on in the settings
>middle click
nobody uses this
>disable dedicated gpu for battery
I'll give you that one, but honestly the battery is shit either way
that about covers it

install BetterSnapTool and you'll get something solved, faggot.

>no time remaining for battery
Used to have it, but it was horribly inaccurate, just like on every other OS. Shame they didn't try to make it better instead of just scrapping it.
>no window snapping
MacOS has this built in since Sierra.
>no middle click on trackpad
That's what Magic Prefs is for.

Yes, you shouldn't need to download a program for this, but at least it exists.
>no easy way to get to other folders, just documents
wat
>statusbar disappears in fullscreen
Good. If you're going to fullscreen something you'd want as much vertical space as you can get, especially on a laptop like yours which I assume has a 1440x900 screen. Most programs have the option to unhide the toolbar at least. You can always just hold Alt/Option while clicking the fullscreen button too. Pic related.

nigger you dont understand what window snapping is,
i use sierra aswell, windows only stick to other windows and
the sides of the screen, they dont snap to specific
orientations other than fullscreen

I fucking hate Windows users so much for thinking window snapping has anything to do with "aero snap".
