So I will have to boot into nux for a few classes this semester and I don't want to partition my laptop's tiny ssd any further. Is it viable to boot into linux off of a usb 3.0?

You know you can create a virtual machine, right?
Short answer: No
>>62178517
Wrong.
Buy an external hard drive. Also, use a VM.

I did it on USB 2.0, boy.

a USB stick will degrade very quickly if you use any OS on it, unless you boot a live CD.
the cons of using a live CD is that you won't be able to change anything, it basically resets whenever you reboot.

use puppy linux, you can run it from RAM .
>>62178369
Just run it in a virtual machine. If you live boot everything will reset whenever you turn it off.

I once installed a full fledged Debian on an SSD, and then configured grub to run off of that if available, I can tell you that SSD coupled with usb3 ran like a thieving nigger, it ran fast.

Run mono then.

I don't think it's her actual sister, as Lauren Southern is Canadian and "Jess Southern" seems to be a pseudonym and she appears to be from Texas.
