I am just buying a 2nd hand rig with: i7 2600 ASUS P8H61-M LX3

Add a decent 128gb SSD and you're sitting pretty for what you paid.

What power supply does it have? If you won't need to upgrade it it seems like a reasonable deal. If you will, you might be getting kinda close to a better performing new system.
