Your computer is not in charge of those 2 connections, so you have no guarantees.
Assuming their web server and data center are at different places (maybe even different hosting), this makes very little difference in comparison to TLS connections and just not doing logs. Well they still need TLS to because than exit node could read and spoof it so it would be even shittier.
