My PC hits 525W full load with dual X5690s. Granted they're considered old, but the performance is still on far with modern 8-10 cores depending on the workload. Single core performance is adequate.

Using 230v/110v for every different devices (with different psu/adapter) is a waste of space, time, and efficiency.
