Debian users, do NOT use GNOME Web without making this config change first.
In the file /etc/pulse/daemon.conf, change "flat-volumes = yes" to "flat-volumes = no" and then reboot.
If you don't make this change, media like YouTube videos will play at 100% system volume and make you deaf.
