That is, a computer without any electricity, transistors, or things of that nature. Using only springs, levers, gears....etc. Gasoline engines are allowed if they are providing mechanical power, but not electrical power.
Would it be some sophisticated rube-goldberg machine? How would you store things in memory?
What's the most efficient way to do this
