Cat tiddies
if you were a cat, what technology would you attempt using?
>>62142109
Yes, for sure.
May sound cinnical as fuck, but cats may die, escape, whatever happens to the kitty that you can't see it again.
At least you still have another one to cry for it's loss.
It's probably one of the worst feelings to have only one pet and reach the day it dies or you have to sacrifice it because it's suffering a lot.
>>62142152
>>62142167
>escape
>your cat hates you so much it'll leave as soon as it gets outside
>>62142147
?
>>62142167
I had to put a cat down last year and a dog this year, (neither pic related) so it's not like I haven't been there. That said it's more because l feel like the bond with my current cat would weaken/she wouldn't want to spend as much time with me if there was another
>>62142180
You can see her tiddies flopping out in the pictureb
>>62142176
In my country fireworks aren't illegal, so in new year every fucking person throws fireworks.
Animals get really scared, so we usually lock them up inside the house and prevent them from escaping.
But that doesn't mean at the next day we see dogs and cats everywhere being lost.
>>62142152
Laser lights, or cups+gravity
>>62142193
Nah, the bond still exists anon. The initial problem would be it's relationship with the other cat, but if you take care well enough for them, they'll be ok.
What I meant is that the feeling of having to sacrifice your only pet is sometimes too strong to buy/get a pet again or at least for a good period of time. Having another pet deals with the pain much better
>>62142056
Really?
>>62142236
I get what you mean, as I said I'm just a bit worried about a second cat diluting things, so to speak.
>>62142249
Cats are fantastic. When my first cat died I cried for 6 hours straight
>>62142265
Your fear is okay, it depends on the cat you bring and the cat that lives on your place. Anything can happen, but that doesn't mean there's no solution
>>62142249
subscibed
>>62142295
I dread that day. I'm thinking about hoarding cats so it might be less painful when I lose one.
>>62142152

>>62142561
It's not easy, and you'll still cry. It's totally normal though. Mine was the neighborhood stray and one day she walked my mom and I back to our house from a neighbor's house. It was cold so we let her in the garage and gave her tuna and water. One thing led to another and we took her in for good. 9 years later and I'm crying worse than I ever have because she died on the way to the vet because her heart failed

although yes you definitely should, your pet is a member of your family and deserves the company of his peers

mismatching can cause incompatibility
What's the appeal of cats? they just sleep around and eat and can't continue to anything. They remind me of women.
>>62142823
That's because you either never owned one or because you never learned how to deal with any.
They are hilarious as fuck, especially when you get them to play with a cord.
>also they are too cute.
>>62142860
This. Buy/make a toy with a thin metal wire and a little bit of cardboard or other similar martial tied and held on one end, and then some sort of handle on the other. Watch them go absolutely bonkers with it for the cost of maybe 20 cents
>>62142913
>20 cents
That's too much anon, just take off the cord that comes with hoodies and the cat with magically believe it's a worm or whatever
>>62142957
That's true, but the metal wire is great because it bounced around and sporadically, which keeps them engaged longer, I've found
What are some good free as in free cats?

It's not like I resent dogs or their owners or anything--I mean, most dog owners treat their pet well and train them well, and thus their dogs are well-behaved--but, and it may just be because I live in the South, some dog owners are the most despicable people alive. I've experienced it time and time again, where a dog owner will be walking their dog without a leash (and, yes, that is illegal), and their dog will come up to me and try to chase me. Dozens of times. Generally, they're tiny dogs, that just try to bite my ankle, but that doesn't mean that I appreciate their doing that.
And the dog owners just stand there, like I'm a tree, and the dog is taking a piss. Apologize or yell at the dog or something, but don't just stand their. No respect whatsoever. And then stray dogs are so damn terrifying in the States. Not so much when I was growing up in Taiwan, mind you. Just the States. It's ridiculous and obnoxious and insulting, and, I guess I'm just venting a little.

My first cat died in my room. I basically saw out her last hours because it clear it was coming. I was probably the worst experience of my life, listening to her die. Buried her in the garden the next morning.
It's raining again.
>>62144511
I hope that person got caught.

Cats are literally, unironically, seriously for women and gays.
There's no irony, no memeing, no debating about this.
If you cuddle with a cat on your couch with a blanket and hot cocoa and comfy shit, you either have or are a vagina.
How do you toxoplasmozombies deal with this fact?
>>62145482
Are you gay?

Cats are for people who don't need constant affirmation of their pets love. I let mine out in the morning and don't see him till dinner time. Sometimes he brings his own food instead of letting me feed him. Cats are independent companions. How is that not manly?
Also: >farmers are gay.

Wow, what a great mom. She sees something coming under the car (the cat) and starts hauling ass while her kid is still down. A Dad would have shielded the kid if it was the dog again.
>falling for the cat meme
What's the point in owning a wild animal? It's not capable of even a tiny subset of the domestic dog's skills, it's liable to just leave and never return whenever, and they're horrible little fuckers who murder shittons of local wildlife.
Dogs are literally the perfect animals, they have evolved specifically to be used by humans
>better recognition of human emotion than even our closest ape relatives
>actually demonstrates intelligence through the ability to follow a human's gaze/pointing finger, as well as the ability to deceive
>great autonomous home defense tool
>100% obedient, can understand thousands of commands and even combinations of commands
>naturally defers to humans before taking action
>bitches love dogs
What do cats do? Sit around and be a nuisance before running away and getting run over by a car or murdered by a fox? Worthless little animals only enjoyed by NEETs (because they can't stand the idea of actually caring for an animal) and middle aged single women.

You always see this problem with those awful little dogs, people think they don't need to train them because they're "cute" and can't do any real harm. People who own shit like chihuahas would be better off with cats most of the time. I've had to deal with those oversized rats attacking me/my dog plenty of times before, and every single time the owner just stands there looking gormless while I'm this close to ending their dog's life. My dog is very well trained and generally won't be bothered by rat dogs biting at its' ankles or whatever but the worst thing is if he snaps back, because then the owner of the other dog (and anyone else in the area) looks at me like my dog is evil or some shit just because he's a big dog. They're always not on a leash too, shitty owners really piss me off.
