Is there anyway to foce PHP 7 and MYSQL on Windows XP 32bit because

There are 32 bit Docker images for PHP and MySQL
If your computer supports 64 bits, just install a new OS

What is a Docker image?

This really wont work because I run a Pentium D. It can suport 64 but it is way slower that way. I would like to keep XP on there because its my nestalga machine.
