Hate it when people use their headphones but they don't untangle them first so they just end up with a ball of wire hanging from their ears. I don't see this a whole lot but it pisses me off when I do see it.

All the dumbshit "help" Office and some other applications do. Selecting an entire word when I only wanted part of it, selecting the space after a word along with the word, dropping leading zeros when pasting in a spreadsheet, trying to merge formatting and just fucking it all up.
There are quick ways around all of these, but I'm always forgetting the UX is broken until after I've assumed otherwise.

I know a guy that thinks a waterproof buletooth speaker will play under water. When I told him it won't work he got mad and said the guy that sold it to him lied.

When I asked why he would want his speaker to play under water, he had no answer.

Yes absolutely they will work in the shower. It doesn't work under water.

Bluetooth is essentially a radio signal. Radio signals are dramatically weakened under water. It may work intermittently, but it will not be reliable.

The point of my first post was that he was pissed off that he misunderstood and thought it would work under water even though he wouldn't even use it in water.

I've never had to go onsite, but I fucking hate when you make it known that you're working on something, then another group goes after the same solution without telling you.

I've had it before too where I'll fix a problem, someone else wanted to fix it instead, so even though there's already a solution, it's not used until the other guy does the same shit days later.
