Sure, that was considered the top gene pool, but they had plenty of ppl who didn't fit that mold. The whole "kill all jews" thing is bs. They removed the ones with lots of money/power and the ones that wouldn't cooperate, plus any of the other non-participating ppl (gypsies, tramps, etc). There were already plenty of ex-jews living in Germany at that time (ancestors already gave it up long ago). Plenty of them became officers and fought for Germany in the war. But of course we don't do neutral grey very well with history, so it becomes this supreme good vs supreme evil.
