Anyone have a guide or site that let's you definitively test a new computer from everything to CPU, GPU, RAM, etc. to make sure it's not a lemon?

I'm assuming he means physically work as most PCs are Legos when it comes to building.
RAM: Run memtest86+
CPU: Run prime95 for a few hours
GPU: Furmark for a few hours
HD(SS)D: Fill the drive with files to verify capacity, also check SMART status
PSU: Run prime95 and Furmark at the same time while also having as many things as possible plugged into USB
